Apple September Event 2020-Apple, very Gracely launched new Watch Models, a few iPads, and updates to its services lineup. The company also talked about software with iOS 14 now set to finally be released.

Do you know what was the disappointment of Apple September Event 2020? THE IPHONE 12. But don’t worry it is likely to come in mid-October 2020.

Apple is building a really big hype around the iPhone 12. Let’s hope, it’s better be good.

Apple September Event 2020 Details

Apple Watch Series 6

The Apple Watch Series 6 was the star of the Apple September Event 2020. Its design is similar to the previous generation Apple Watch Models but a few new colors have been added.

What’s new in the New Series 6 is the sensor to track blood oxygen saturation which can help the Watch track information about heart rate and breathing. It also features a new processor called the S6 chip.

The new Apple Watch Series 6 allows you to take an ECG anytime, anywhere. Also, you can see your fitness metrics easily on the enhanced Always-On Retina display that is 2.5 times brighter than the Series 5.

The new S6 chip is 20% faster than the S5 chip while the S5 chip was already more than fast enough for everything the Apple Watch was used for….. 😝

The Apple Watch Series 6 price starts at $399 with full availability from September 18.

Apple Watch SE

On the Apple September Event 2020, a budget-friendly Apple Watch SE was also announced. Its overall design is similar to the Apple Watch Series 6 and supports features like Fall Detection, Family Setup, and has the already-powerful last-generation S5 processor.

Apple Watch SE has an expansive Retina display, advanced sensors to track all the ways you move. It also has other powerful features to keep you safe and healthy.

The best thing about Apple Watch SE is that it starts at $279 which is more affordable ever to get the latest generation Apple Watch Model. It is fully available from September 18. The more affordable Apple Watch is the Apple Watch Series 3, which is still available for $199.

iPad Air

iPad Air

iPad Air is the first iPad since the iPad Pro to get an edge-to-edge display. It features a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with small bezels around the edges. It also supports for Magic Keyboard and the second-generation Apple Pencil.

iPad Air offers the new A14 Bionic chip which delivers 40% faster CPU performance than the previous generation iPad Air, a 30% increase in graphics performance.

There is no Face ID on this iPad. It still has Touch ID which is located inside the power button but not on the Home button. iPad Air has a USB-C connector to ensure that it works with more third-party accessories.

The iPad Air price starts at $599 and will be available from October in a different range of colors.



On the Apple September Event 2020,  a new friendly iPad was also announced. This entry-level iPad has the same overall design but features A12 Bionic chip for improved performance.

It offers a 40% GPU boost over the last-generation model and brings Apple’s Neural Engine for the first time, enabling more AI features.

The new iPad has amazing features of iPadOS 14 and supports the Smart Keyboard and first-generation Apple Pencil. Its price starts at $329, or $299 for students. It is now available in the market.

On Apple September Event 2020, the long-awaited Apple One subscription service was announced. Apple One bundle up to six Apple services: Apple Arcade, iCloud, Apple News+, Apple Music, Apple Fitness+ into one easy subscription.

Through Apple One, you can plan for you and your family. You can also get private access to each service across everyone’s devices. Apple One starts at $14.95 per month for an individual plan which includes 50GB of iCloud, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and Apple Music.

The Family plan comes at $19.95 per month which includes 200GB of iCloud storage and you can share it with up to six family members.

The Premier plan comes with $29.25 per month and adds Apple Fitness+, Apple News+, along with 2TB of iCloud storage.

Apple Fitness+

On Apple September Event 2020, it has launched a new fitness experience powered by Apple Watch. With Apple Fitness+ you can try world-class workouts created by top fitness trainers on your iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

The Fitness+ Service is integrated with the Apple Watch workout app and when you start the video, it will automatically start the corresponding workout on your Apple Watch.

It will even highlight data during segment intervals and the data captured from the Watch is then shown in the workout summary.

The workout includes cycling, core yoga, cooldowns, and many more. The Apple Fitness+ Service comes at $9.99 per month and $79.99 per year and is available before the end of the year.

If you buy a new Apple Watch, you will get 3 months free Fitness+ service and it is available in the Premier Subscription of the new Apple One bundle.

Software Updates

On Apple September Event 2020, new updates were also announced like iOS 14, tvOS 7 and WatchOS 7. They are now available on your devices from September 16.
